Delivery Charges
Autoquality Wigan Ltd, trading as HCS Wigan offers a free standard delivery service (1-2 working days*) to mainland UK**. The free standard delivery service relates to all Products on our website.

**Excludes UK Islands, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands.
Please note: HCS Wigan may be able to arrange delivery to the Republic of Ireland where requested. Such orders need to be placed directly with the customer support team: 01942 324 324 as enhanced customer information may be required.
Carrier Companies
We use Parcelforce to deliver Products despatched from Our warehouse. Delivery can be made direct from the manufacturer, via the manufacturer’s carrier.

Our carrier should deliver between the hours of 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
If you, or the intended recipient, are not available, each time an attempt is made, our carrier should leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your Products.
Any orders that require a pallet for delivery we will use Palletline, along with other pallet delivery companies as required.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Our Control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address You provided. The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery and will be owned by You once we have received payment in full.

International delivery
We do not deliver to or accept orders from addresses outside mainland UK.
HCS Wigan may be able to arrange delivery to the Republic of Ireland where requested. Such orders need to be placed directly with the customer support team: 01942 324 324 as enhanced customer information may be required.

Returns
Important:
​If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000) during the relevant period(s) set out below.
​
This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund.
Advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract under these regulations is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

Your legal right to cancel a Contract starts from the date dispatch confirmation, which is when the Contract between us is formed. If the Product(s) have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 10 (Ten) working days in which you may cancel, starting from the day after the day you receive the Products. Working days means that Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are not included in this period.
To cancel a Contract, you must contact us in writing by sending an e-mail to website@hcswigan.co.uk Your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the cancellation notice via email.
Should you wish to return a Product due to personal preference, then you as the customer will be responsible for any return postage or courier costs. Products should be returned to us in as new condition and where possible with all of the packaging intact.
We will be happy to help you out by arranging a courier collection to allow you to return any unwanted Product(s). If you would like us to arrange this you need to contact us to find out the return courier cost for your Product(s) and arrange this directly with our customer service team either via phone (09142 324 324) or email (website@hcswigan.co.uk).
Alternatively, if you would like to arrange your own courier, please contact us beforehand to find out the correct return address for your Product(s) and also any necessary return instructions.
Faulty / Mis-described Product(s)
Most of our Products come with a minimum 12 months manufacturer warranty (unless stated otherwise at time of purchase). If your Product(s) appears to be faulty outside of your 14-day cancellation period, we will collect the Product free of charge, pending a factory inspection.

If a fault is found with the Products(s) within the manufacturing warranty period, we will replace or credit all affected Products free of charge. Should the Product(s) be found to not be at fault and we believe has sustained damage due to misuse, Products will be returned to you and a re-delivery charge will apply.
​Damaged Product(s)
If a product arrives damaged in transit, you must
(a) notify website@hcswigan.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the Product.
(b) you must return the Products to us as soon as reasonably practicable. If the Products require collection, we will collect the Products from the address to which they were delivered. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection;
(c) you have a legal obligation to keep the Products in your possession and to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.

Please note: Unless the Products are damaged in transit, faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us.

Refunds
If you returned the Product(s) to us because they were damaged in transit, faulty or not as described, on receipt of the Product, we will refund the price of the Product in full and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the Product to us.
You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Products. We will process the refund within 14 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation.
We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
Restocking Fee
If you returned the Product(s) to us because you have changed your mind, on receipt of the Product, a re-stocking charge of 25% will apply.

As a consumer, you will always have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by these Terms. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
